DXC Technology is seeking a Senior ServiceNow ITOM Consultant to develop and maintain ITOM solutions, configure and customize ServiceNow ITOM modules, and implement service maps and discovery schedules.
Requirements
- Develop and implement solutions within ServiceNow ITOM modules
- Good understanding of ServiceNow toolsets
- Configure and customize ServiceNow ITOM modules
- Implement and maintain service maps and discovery schedules
- Configure event rules, alerts, and notifications within ServiceNow Event Management
- Experience with ITOM integrations (SailPoint, SAP, SCCM, Dynatrace)
- Leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel
