We are seeking an ITAM/ITOM Specialist specializing in ServiceNow ITOM on a 1-year fixed term. The role is responsible for delivering end-to-end IT Operations Management (ITOM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) solutions for a leading North American Bank.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of advanced experience with ServiceNow ITOM and ITAM modules
  • Strong understanding of CMDB, Discovery processes, and Service Mapping
  • Experience with automation and integration of IT processes
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • ServiceNow ITOM Specialist certification preferred
