GovCIO is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Platform Administrator to support the development and maintenance of their USSS Network Operations and Security Center (NOSC) proposal. This role focuses on day-to-day administration, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the ServiceNow environment, ensuring optimal performance and user enablement. The position will serve as a platform support contact and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Requirements

  • Administer, configure, and support the ServiceNow platform.
  • Perform regular system maintenance, patching, and upgrades.
  • Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions.
  • Develop and maintain custom workflows, business rules, and UI policies.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Collaborate with developers and stakeholders.
  • Ensure data integrity and implement best practices for data management.
  • Document platform configurations and support procedures.

Requirements Summary

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 8+ years of ServiceNow admin experience. Strong understanding of ITSM, CMDB, and reporting. Experience with scripting and understanding of ITIL is required
