NN Digital Hub is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Platform Engineer to lead the implementation of the AI Control Tower platform, drive best practices in AI governance, and mentor teams across the organization.
Requirements
- End-to-end implementation of the ServiceNow AI Control Tower
- Design and enforce governance processes for AI assets
- Integrate the AI Control Tower with existing enterprise systems
- Develop and maintain automated workflows for AI asset onboarding
- Drive adoption and best practices for AI governance
- Monitor and report on AI value delivery, productivity, cost avoidance, and risk reduction
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and cross-functional teams
