Senior ServiceNow Project Manager - East Region

NewRocket is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead complex ServiceNow implementation projects across various product areas and industry verticals. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of business/IT experience, with 5+ years leading technology projects, and strong leadership, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of business/IT experience
• 5+ years leading technology projects
• PMP Certification
• Agile/Scrum certifications preferred
• Strong leadership, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in matrixed organizations and managing global teams
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow domains and platform capabilities (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field
• Education & Certifications: BA/BS degree in Business Administration or technology related field preferred, or equivalent experience
• This position may require occasional travel, both domestic and international, as part of the job responsibilities
