Senior ServiceNow Solution Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow Solution Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise, leading development projects, and ensuring the quality and efficiency of ServiceNow solutions within our organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven a minimum of 3 years’ experience across various ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, IRM, SecOps) with in-depth knowledge of platform capabilities.
• Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming concepts, data structures, and best practices for software design.
• Holds an active ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) certification
• Holds an active ITIL Foundations certification in v3 or later.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
