Senior ServiceNow Solutions Technical Architect

Western Digital is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Solutions Technical Architect to lead the enterprise architecture, design strategy, and platform governance for their ServiceNow ecosystem. This role focuses on modernizing, optimizing, and ensuring the company’s ServiceNow platform is scalable, secure, and delivering business value. The Architect will act as a solution designer, internal expert, and hands-on leader for ServiceNow implementations and growth.

Requirements

• Lead and own architectural design of ServiceNow solutions
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of the ServiceNow product ecosystem
• Provide technical oversight on ServiceNow implementations and enhancements
• Support the evaluation and responsible adoption of new platform capabilities
• Manage integrations using IntegrationHub and Flow Designer
