Windward Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Implementation Specialist to lead complex implementations for both government and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and exceptional customer-facing skills.
Requirements
- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow SPM implementation projects
- Conduct business analysis sessions with clients
- Facilitate requirements gathering workshops
- Design and configure solutions within the ServiceNow SPM suite
- Deliver tailored SPM solutions
- Define user stories to support technical implementation
- Provide technical mentoring and guidance
- Manage platform infrastructure
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and bug fixes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Contribute to process documentation and training materials
- Support Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid development methodologies
