Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
5+ years of experience in ServiceNow consulting
Hands-on experience in multiple ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, FSM, HRSD, SPM, Performance Analytics, ITOM, SecOps, etc.)
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITSM)
