I2X Technologies, a technology services company to the Federal Government, is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Technology Specialist to support their customer's operations in Washington, DC. This role involves architectural documentation, platform support, application development, collaboration with stakeholders, and change management. The position is on-site and will be a key contributor to their software engineering efforts.
Requirements
- US Citizenship
- 5-7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, IT service management, and software lifecycle practices (Agile, DevOps, Lean, etc.)
- Designing and maintaining workflows, catalogs, forms, and tables within ServiceNow
- Developing applications using JavaScript, AngularJS, CSS, and web services
- Managing data models, relational databases (CMDB, etc.)
- Leading business process reviews and analysis
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
