Senior ServiceNow UX/UI Designer

NewRocket is a global, full-service Elite ServiceNow partner that helps top enterprise leaders solve their toughest business problems. They are seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to join their crew and create meaningful experiences for employees and customers.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of UX/UI Design experience
• 1-3 years of Agency experience or experience supporting multiple clients at a time
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform or similar Enterprise Solutions (SaaS)
• Evidence of polished work examples or portfolio highly preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present solutions to clients
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills; ability to simplify complex situations
• Strong relationship management skills with all levels
• Ability to design functional user interfaces for web-based products
• Proficient in creating wireframes and high fidelity mockups
• Working knowledge of design system and workflows
• Ability to deliver high degree of customer satisfaction
• Comfortable working in a matrixed organization
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and change
