ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join their US Public Sector team. This role involves maintaining and developing the reliability, scalability, and performance of the ServiceNow cloud infrastructure, driving technical solutions, and contributing to the development of the operational platform. Requirements
- Experience in leveraging AI to solve problems.
- 4+ years experience with deep knowledge of Linux systems.
- 4+ years of experience scripting automation in Python, JavaScript.
- Expert level database skills in administration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Experience with Observability and Monitoring of applications, services, and networks at scale.
- Team-first attitude and attention to detail.
- Experience with ServiceNow Platform is a plus.

Requirements Summary
