Uni Systems is seeking a BI Development Support to join their UniQue team. The role involves reviewing and improving existing ServiceNow API-based ETL prototypes, troubleshooting issues, proposing improvements, and developing ETL components. The role focuses on data extraction, load handling, validation, and documentation.
Requirements
- Hold at least a High School Diploma
- 10 years of Data engineering implementation experience
- 5+ years using Oracle Databases and Oracle Data Integrator
- 2+ years with ServiceNow data model and processes
- Proficient in SQL queries and ETL
- Experience with normalized and denormalized data models
- Experience working with ITIL processes and service-management tooling
- Experience as a BI Consultant
- Experience in Agile development
