Senior Site Reliability Engineer (Night shift 24/7 - 4 days)

We are seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our team. As a night shift role, you will be responsible for managing and resolving challenging issues for our SRE team, focusing on instance performance, reliability, and availability. You will work in a highly demanding environment and must have strong troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent
• Minimum of 4 years of IT operations experience
• Experience in leveraging AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
• Solid Knowledge of ITIL driven IT Operations – Incident, Problem & Change Management
• Experience working well in a team environment while also being able to work productively while unsupervised
• Solid experience of troubleshooting in a highly demanding environment
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot difficult technical issues
• Strong personal commitment to quality and customer service
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate solutions to technical problems
• Excellent time management skills
