You will be responsible for compliance, cost effectiveness, and wider functional activities, including developing and implementing license usage policies and guidelines.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience with software licensing
  • Working knowledge of market leading vendor license models and willingness to learn
  • Deep understanding of the software market
  • Good understanding and experience with managing and maintaining a software library
  • Broad experience with SAM tools – like Xensam, Snow, ServiceNow
  • Comfortable with multi-source data analysis
  • Knowledge of the licensing rules of software engineering-related vendors (beneficial)
  • Experience with SAM tool implementation/development best practices (beneficial)
  • Ability to identify, understand, and prioritize the interests, needs and concerns of various stakeholders, including executive level, from the SAM perspective
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Clear sense of end-to-end ownership
