Senior Software Engineer - Cloud Automation - AI ML - Federal

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to develop automations for their cloud and explore AI/ML solutions using ServiceNow AI offerings. The ideal candidate will have experience in leveraging AI in work processes and have a solid foundation in distributed systems.

Requirements

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
• 4+ years of experience in professional software development, preferably in the Cloud Environment
• Solid foundation in distributed systems with experience designing and architecting systems
• Advanced programming or scripting skills (using JavaScript) and experience in object-oriented design
• Experience integrating software and services using common API techniques (REST, SOAP, XML, etc.)
• Excellent technical design, problem-solving, debugging skills and an aptitude for learning new technologies
• Development of web-based database applications using Postgres or other relational databases
• Team player, attention to detail and ability to work well and communicate with others
• Experience in driving deployments with large Enterprise companies with multiple stakeholders -- preferably AI-based products
• Exposure to AI, Machine Learning will be an advantage
• Experience with the ServiceNow AI offerings
• Experience with ServiceNow Workflows and Flow Designer tools & ServiceNow scripting (Glide JavaScript)
