Join ServiceNow as a Senior Software Engineer and help transform the way large corporations manage their processes. Design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform, and troubleshoot and provide escalation support for automations and applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with JavaScript, Python, Go, or similar
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with relational databases (MySQL, MariaDB, and/or PostgreSQL)
- Rich knowledge of both ITIL and ITSM disciplines
- Demonstrated proficiency with the use and management of APIs
- Some knowledge of infrastructure services spanning servers, storage, network, security, and cloud
