The role focuses on demonstrating the platform's value to customers by creating outcome-driven software demonstrations showcasing workflow, data, and business impact. This involves collaboration with product and solution consultants to develop engaging presentations and conduct live demonstrations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in AI-driven ServiceNow platform development
- Demonstrated ability to develop engaging and outcome-driven software demonstrations
- Strong JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Glide Scripting proficiency
- Mandatory ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications
Requirements Summary
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. 5+ years of ServiceNow platform development experience. ServiceNow CSA & CAD certifications are mandatory
