Senior Software Engineer

The Senior Software Engineer will collaborate across teams to shape the Impact AI roadmap and accelerate ServiceNow's value to customers. They will work on data extraction, model evaluation, solution design, and education and training. The role requires 3-5 years of industry experience and strong data literacy.

Requirements

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
• 3-5 years experience in industry, working in a data related role where more than 50% of time spent actively working in data
• Strong Data Literacy: Deep understanding of data, including data extraction, normalization, preprocessing, and evaluation as well as event streaming and data pipelines.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Python, SQL and JavaScript is essential, as the role involves creating datasets, mapping and adjusting code, migrating proof of concept code (Python) into production (JavaScript) as well as performing exploratory data analysis (EDA).
