The Senior Manager of ServiceNow leads a group of Application Developers in the Information Systems department and acts as the face of this team to internal customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business Intelligence
- 4-7 Years of experience with the ServiceNow platform
- 3+ years of people management experience
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred
- ITSM Implementation Specialist and App Engine Developer certifications strongly preferred
- Excellent analytical, statistical and organizational skill
- Facilitation skills and demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Effective oral and written communication
- Experience managing full SDLC cycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies
