ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to drive the architecture for complex initiatives across Marketing, Sales, and Partner domains. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in solution architecture, software development, and enterprise systems, with 5+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 12+ years of experience in solution architecture, software development, and enterprise systems
- 5+ years of experience working with or implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Proven leadership experience in managing and developing architecture or technical teams
- Strong functional and technical knowledge in partner relationship management, lead management, opportunity management, quoting, contracting, and related processes
- Hands-on experience implementing complex sales motions and partner models
- Demonstrated ability to translate abstract business needs into well-structured system and process architectures
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills across all levels of the organization
