Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow configuration and development (ITSM, CSM, CMDB/ITOM,...)
- Fluent in French and English
- Excellent communication skills, both with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven experience in unit testing and awareness of structured testing approaches
- Ability to convert complex functional needs into technical specifications
