The Senior Solution Sales Executive will drive and generate sales revenue for ServiceNow's CRM Workflows product suite, working closely with the sales ecosystem to deliver territory planning, account planning, forecasting, and field-based sales activities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of solution and service based sales experience in CRM, CSM, Customer Engagement or CX solution provider or related high technology business environment
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- Ability to communicate complex issues in simple terms via written and oral media
- Ability to forge strong business relationships and connect with both C-level execs at customers as well as with individuals in ServiceNow internal and external eco-system
