As a Senior Solution Sales Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing market success of ServiceNow's CRM Workflows products and developing sales strategies for assigned accounts. You will lead virtual teams and partner with executives to drive growth and pipeline across the ServiceNow sales cycle.
Requirements
- 7+ years of sales experience within complex software or platform solutions
- Deep experience in solution sales, preferably within a CRM / Customer engagement /Customer Service Management / CX / CPaaS / CCaaS / SOM vendor
- An understanding of the CRM, CX or CSM solution-related business processes
- Experience leading virtual or matrixed teams
- Ability to understand broad, macro-level business IT needs for a prospective client
- Deep industry knowledge of either Retail, Automotive or Manufacturing
