Senior Solutions Engineer

Smartcat is seeking a Solutions Engineer to partner with customer organizations, identifying opportunities for value-focused product growth. The role involves technical discovery, solution design, and engaging with Sales and Customer AI Engineers. This position serves as a technical liaison between Product & Engineering, focused on driving scalability and demonstrating the product’s impact to enterprise clients. The team is focused on building a multilingual content platform that leverages AI to improve global workflow, localization, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• BS/MS in engineering, analytics, or related discipline
• 5-10 years of experience in analytical sales or client-facing technical roles
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs (JSON), data migration, and complex software integrations
• Strong interest in AI technologies, including LLMs, prompt engineering, and agents/skills
• Deep experience in technical presales, ideally in AI SaaS or enterprise environments
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Hands-on experience with enterprise CMS, PIM, or ERP Solutions
