DigiCert is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across key accounts. This role involves collaboration with customers, partners, and account managers to deliver technical and business value, conduct demos, and contribute to winning bids. The role requires technical expertise, strong sales acumen, and a dedication to providing end-to-end solutions.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years’ experience as an SE or technical salesperson, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with IT/IS software and cryptography (server administration, PKI concepts).
- Experience with cloud platforms and container technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Oracle Cloud).
- Experience with ServiceNow, GitHub, and REST API integrations.
- Hands-on exposure to scripting and automation with Bash, PowerShell, Python, or similar languages.
- Experience with DevOps and infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
- Basic project management skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
