Senior Specialist - Assets Systems Operations accountable for guaranteeing the availability, performance, and lifecycle management of operating systems and application platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline.
• 3 to 4 years of experience in IT asset lifecycle management, systems operations, and end-user support in mid to large-scale environments.
• Skilled in ITAM tools such as ServiceNow, Lansweeper, JAMF, and SCCM, as well as in endpoint management (Windows/macOS), imaging, MDM, Active Directory, software licensing, and compliance.
