Senior Specialist People Experience & Advisory (Dutch speaker)

We are seeking a Senior Specialist, People Experience & Advisory to deliver high-quality HR advisory services to associates and people managers, ensuring a smooth and consistent experience across the full employee lifecycle. The successful candidate will have experience in an HR Generalist, HR Coordinator, or People Operations role, with a strong working knowledge of HR policies, employment law fundamentals, and best practices.

Requirements

• 1–3 years' experience in an HR Generalist, HR Coordinator, or People Operations role
• Fluent in Dutch and English, any other EMEA language is considered a plus (especially German)
• Strong working knowledge of HR policies, employment law fundamentals, and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong service mindset
• High attention to detail and ability to follow standardized processes accurately
• Comfortable working with HR systems such as Workday and ServiceNow (preferred)
• Proactive, team-oriented, and eager to learn from peers and senior colleagues
• Able to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
