Senior Staff AI Security Researcher

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Staff AI Security Researcher to pioneer new approaches to securing the AI development lifecycle. The role involves designing, building, and implementing security solutions for LLMs, AI models, and agentic platforms, with a focus on creating scalable and secure-by-design frameworks. Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field
• 7 years of experience with security assessments, design reviews, or threat modeling
• 7 years of experience in security engineering, computer and network security, and security protocols
• 7 years of programming experience in Java or Python
• Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph)
• Hands-on experience with authentication/authorization protocols (e.g., OAuth 2.0, OIDC)
• Proactive and collaborative mindset
• Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Multimodal Language Models (MLLMs), and agentic workflows
