Senior Staff Engineer - ServiceNow Functional Consultant

Narro Digital is seeking a Senior Staff Engineer to join their growing ServiceNow team. This role focuses on delivering solutions that enhance IT Service Management, IT Asset Management, and Security Operations. The position involves deep process understanding, stakeholder collaboration, and platform expertise to improve service delivery and security.

Requirements

• 8+ years of ServiceNow Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, or similar role with hands-on configuration experience.
• Hands-on experience delivering 2-3 End to End ITSM implementations in ServiceNow.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow ITSM Suite (Incident, Problem, Change Management, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, CMDB Fundamentals).
• Strong grasp of ITIL processes (v3/v4 Foundation certification highly desirable).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem solving abilities.
• Agile/Scrum experience preferred.
• Experience configuring and implementing ServiceNow ITAM modules (HAM, SAM, Pro or SAMP Pro).
• Experience with ServiceNow SecOps modules (Vulnerability Response, Security Incident Response, Threat Intelligence).
