We're Nagarro, a Digital Product Engineering company. We're looking for a Senior Staff Engineer to work on ServiceNow (ITSM, Service Portal & ITAM) as a remote job. The role requires 10+ years of experience in technical specification and implementation of ServiceNow, with specialization in ITSM Module, Service Portal, and ITAM.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of total experience
  • Strong working experience in technical specification and implementation of the ServiceNow with specializing in ITSM Module, Service Portal, ServiceNow, ServiceNow ITAM
  • Experience in either of other modules i.e. HAM Pro, SAM pro or GRC or SPM or HRSD and ITIL knowledge
  • Hands-on experience in ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems
  • Strong understanding of ITIL principles
  • Ability to explore and grasp new technologies
  • Proficient in communicating and driving technology solutions that support business objectives
  • Ability to work effectively and manage partnerships with all areas and members of the business as well as all levels of the organization
