ActioNet is hiring a Senior Help Desk Technician for Falls Church, VA. This role involves Tier 2/3 support, mentoring, hardware deployment, and supporting end-user devices. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background and experience leading Help Desk Technicians.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in Help Desk, Deskside, or End User Support roles in enterprise or DoD environments.
  • Experience providing Tier 2/3 technical support, mentoring junior staff, and handling escalated incidents.
  • Strong technical background in Windows OS, SCCM imaging, and enterprise device management.
  • Familiarity with DHA/MHS IT environments, including ServiceNow ticketing, RMF, and cybersecurity compliance.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
