ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Staff Inbound Product Manager to establish its security product management program. The role will enable developers and non-technical users to build secure applications and workflows, and drive internal adoption of security products.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software product management experience
- 10+ years of business process management, process engineering and executing process improvements
- 3+ years of ServiceNow experience is HIGHLY desired
- 5+ years of Security or Risk/Strong Technical experience is desired
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- Excellent interpersonal skills, proven track record of building strong relationships and establishing credibility at all levels of the organization
- Proficient in planning, communication and presentation skills, and the capability to listen and influence
- Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Significant defining and capturing product requirements and transforming them into a product roadmap
- Experience managing or developing AI solutions
- Skilled at driving solution development with an eye on the big-picture strategy
- Passionate about defining and reporting on critical metrics that are meaningful to various audiences
