Senior Staff Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Staff Machine Learning Engineer to join our CoreLLM team at ServiceNow. The team leads groundbreaking research and engineering, building ServiceNow's signature models (NOWLLM) for Large Language Models development, data curation, training, and evaluation. The ideal candidate will have expertise in prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.

Requirements

• Prompt engineering
• Fine-tuning of LLMs
• Experience with LLM benchmarking and evaluation
• Solid expertise in Python
• Solid Machine Learning / Deep Learning theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience
• Ability to read and experiment with ideas from recent research papers
• High level of creativity, quick problem-solving abilities, and adaptability
• Effective communication skills
