Senior Staff Machine Learning Engineer - Ai/ML

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Staff Machine Learning Engineer to join their Knowledge Graph, Platform Engineering group. This role focuses on architecting AI solutions that enhance user experience and deliver personalized data to enterprises. The ideal candidate will be skilled in building and maintaining enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions and collaborate closely with product, engineering, and other teams.

Requirements

• 14+ years of experience in architecting and implementing complex Enterprise applications across different stacks
• Deep competence in prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and optimising LLM performance
• Lead the development of PoCs and applied research prototypes
• Proven ability to transform complex LLM concepts into commercial value
• Advanced knowledge with data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, performance/scale considerations
• Experience in classical Machine Learning and Deep Learning
