Senior Staff Product Manager - Observability

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Staff Product Manager to drive the next generation of intelligent, compliance-aware observability for hyperscaler and sovereign cloud environments. The role involves designing and delivering AI-enhanced platforms leveraging AI/ML, LLMs, and agentic automation to predict network degradations, automate compliance validation, and orchestrate remediation. This position focuses on building a self-healing, compliance-assured platform for network observability.

Requirements

• 10+ years in product management or platform ownership in networking, observability, or cloud infrastructure.
• 3+ years of experience integrating AI/ML into products.
• Deep understanding of network protocols, routing, and telemetry standards.
• Familiarity with hyperscaler networking and sovereign cloud environments.
• Proficiency with observability stacks and automation tooling.
