Senior Staff Product Manager - Observability Platform

ServiceNow is seeking an AI-native Product Manager to lead the development of an observability platform for hyperscalers and sovereign cloud environments. The role involves designing and delivering AI-enhanced telemetry, automating compliance, and orchestrating autonomous remediation workflows. The platform will be built around a self-healing, compliance-assured architecture leveraging AI/ML and LLMs.

Requirements

• 10+ years in product management or platform ownership
• 3+ years of experience integrating AI/ML into products
• Deep understanding of network protocols (NetFlow, sFlow, IPFIX)
• Familiarity with hyperscaler networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) and sovereign cloud environments
• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Understanding of compliance frameworks (GDPR, FedRAMP, CMMC)
• Proficiency with observability stacks (OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk)
• Automation tooling
