Senior Strategic Human Resources Business Partner - Corporate Functions

Resource Innovations is seeking a Senior Strategic Human Resources Business Partner to join their growing team, focusing on corporate functions like Finance, Legal, IT, and Human Resources. This role will align people strategies with business objectives, drive organizational effectiveness, and provide talent strategy guidance. The position reports to the Chief Human Resources Officer and involves leading strategic initiatives and supporting employee engagement.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree and/or master’s degree in human resources, MBA, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in an HR Business Partner or strategic HR leadership role.
• Experience supporting corporate functions and teams, preferably in energy efficiency, sustainability or SaaS environments.
• Familiarity with modern HR systems (e.g., Workday/Oracle, ServiceNow).
• Demonstrated success in supporting organizations through rapid growth, transformation, or M&A integration.
