You will be a trusted resource for business leaders, traveling executives, and the broader employee base, resolving complex issues and guiding peers.

Requirements

  • 6–8+ years of IT support experience in an enterprise environment
  • Proven ability to engage effectively with senior business leaders
  • Expertise in Windows and macOS support, Microsoft 365, identity platforms, collaboration tools, and endpoint protection solutions
  • Experience supporting AV and collaboration tools in executive meeting spaces or hybrid environments
  • Strong working knowledge of ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
