The Senior Support Analyst will provide application support and infrastructure management, identify system gaps, and execute service improvement plans. They will also resolve complex incidents, manage security incidents, and perform monthly trending on the root cause of tickets. The role requires experience with Java, DB2, Postgres SQL, Shell scripts, and AWS foundations, as well as excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Good knowledge on Java / J2EE technologies, AWS cloud and SQL Querying on Linux platform. Any certification on these technologies will be added advantage.
- BE / MCA / Masters in computer science / Any added certification said above will be advantage
- Excellent communication skill
- Experience with Control-m, ADO, ServiceNow
- Flexibility to work in shifts inclusive of night shifts being 24*7 application
- Adequate knowledge on Java, DB2, Postgres SQL, Shell scripts and AWS foundations
