The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Computer Science or Management, a minimum of 1 year of experience in level 2 support roles, and expertise in SQL, ITIL, and ServiceNow.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science or Management
- Minimum 1 year of experience in level 2 support roles involving incident and request analysis and treatment related to business applications (ERP, CRM)
- SQL language mastery and ITIL process management (Incident / Request / Problem / Change)
- Knowledge of the ITSM ServiceNow tool is an asset
- Knowledge of the Retail sector or Health (Social Security / Mutual) is an asset
