The Senior Support Engineer will analyze, design, develop, deploy, and support software and monitoring solutions, utilizing technical requirements and platforms, and work with complex technologies, including cloud technologies and ETL tooling.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in computer science, electronic engineering, business administration, or related field
- 2 years of experience as a software engineer, IT analyst or related occupation
- 2 years of experience with cloud data platform solutions and cloud data migration using Microsoft Azure and AWS
- 2 years of experience with managing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform for user interface
- 2 years of experience with database management with Microsoft SQL
- 2 years of experience with development and implementation using Powershell scripts to monitor and automate systems
- 2 years of experience with Microsoft Business Analytics (MSBI)
- 2 years of experience with product and application management utilizing Microsoft PowerBI, Microsoft PowerAutomate, Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk, ETL Processes, and CI/CD Processes
