Senior Syslog Server Analyst (Contract-based)

The Senior Syslog Server Analyst will manage, analyze, and optimize enterprise applications and Server Log to meet business needs. Key responsibilities include application support, troubleshooting, and system configuration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in application support, analysis, or implementation.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise applications, databases, and system integrations, along with familiarity in common technologies such as SQL, Java, Python, or.NET.
• Experience with cloud-based applications (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
• Expertise in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving application-related issues.
• Experience in analysing business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and optimize application performance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Having certification in ITIL, ServiceNow, or relevant certifications are a plus.
