The Senior System Administrator will oversee and optimize Enterprise Operations in alignment with ITIL best practices, ensuring smooth and efficient implementation of changes across USSOUTHCOM Cyber Information Technology Enterprise Services (SCITES). The role involves supervising enterprise IT infrastructure operations, supporting DoDIN operations services, and managing the planning, testing, development, implementation, enhancement, and ongoing operation of IT systems.
Requirements
- US Citizen with active Secret security clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 5-8 years of experience in related field
- One or more certifications: CompTIA Server +, Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate, Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA), Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with change management tools and ITSM platforms (ServiceNow)
