The Infrastructure Technology Lead Analyst assists with LAN / WAN and help desk administration activities, including network maintenance, technical guidance, and security. The role involves using infrastructure technology knowledge to process data, resolve issues, and execute administrative tasks.
Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience in infrastructure delivery (application hosting and/or end user services)
- Experience using System Center Operations Manager (SCOM), System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
- Strong Powershell scripting experience
- Some experience generating basic SQL queries
- Experience testing new deployments
- Experience with reporting tools: PowerBi, QlikSense, or Tableau
- Experience using Jira, Bitbucket/Github, ServiceNow, and SLTN
- General understanding of SDLC/ETLC concepts and process
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Effective analytic/diagnostic skills
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audience
- Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
