As a Senior Systems Analyst, you will be a valued member of an agile technology team, responsible for understanding upcoming work, breaking down projects, and collaborating with developers and testers. You will also investigate incidents, create reports, and document current state system configurations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with software development, life-cycle and implementation methodologies
  • Experience working in teams that follow agile methodology, Scrum, Kanban, Scrum-Ban
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence, or similar tool
  • Experience creating as-is and to-be process models
  • Experience writing detailed requirements for Software Engineers and Testers
  • Experience explaining complex technology concepts/decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience analyzing and document current state system configurations
  • Experience using SQL and other tools to query databases
  • Experience with Postman or equivalent tool to review JSON/XML payloads
  • Experience querying and analyzing log files and utilizing application telemetry/monitoring tools
  • Experience configuring SaaS or custom applications
  • Experience with ServiceNow for Incident, Change, and Request
