We are looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to install, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems, as well as assist with networking and communication issues.

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
Relevant industry certifications such as MCP, MCDST, MCSE, or CCNA
Minimum 5 year of experience in enterprise network management and system administration related working experience in MNC
Proven experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software systems
Experience with network setup and troubleshooting, including LAN, WAN, and wireless networks
Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) for managing incidents and change requests
Fluent writing and reading English
Good service attitude and team work spirits
Willing to learn and self-motivated with a positive 'can-do' attitude
Good communication skill, honest and reliable, strong sense of work responsibility
