Senior Systems Engineer-Hyperscaler

This role is for a Cloud Advancement Team (CAT) member within the ServiceNow organization, focusing on supporting the transition of customers to hyperscaler cloud environments. The team designs and validates hardware configurations, develops automation, and troubleshooting infrastructure issues for both Azure and GCP services. They work as a hybrid team with deep engineering experience, designing and validating hardware for large-scale deployments.

Requirements

• Experience in integrating AI into work processes or solving problems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, Master's degree, or PhD without experience.
• Strong hands-on software engineering experience with Python, Go, or similar.
• Working knowledge of GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Proficiency in Linux system administration and debugging.
• Experience with infrastructure automation tools (Puppet, Ansible).
• Solid scripting and automation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
