We are looking for a Senior Technical Business Analyst to workshop and manage customer requirements, develop knowledge on telecommunications markets, products, sales, delivery, and operations, and take ownership of business analysis initiatives.
Requirements
- Hands on experience in coding
- 5-7 years as a business analyst in telecom billing or product catalog or pricing domain
- Experience working as a vendor
- Hands-on experience with configuration driven systems (Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, Siebel, etc.)
- English Proficiency in a business environment
