Senior Technical Business Analyst (AI focus)

KPMG is seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst (AI focus) to translate business processes into requirements for AI-enabled solutions. The role involves leading discovery, defining evaluation criteria, supporting solution design, and championing governance to deliver safe, compliant, and measurable outcomes. This position is based in Auckland and will be seconded to the AI Team.

Requirements

• AI first approach to work
• 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst
• Outstanding facilitation, requirements elicitation, and documentation skills
• Proven experience with AI/automation or data-driven solutions
• Working knowledge of enterprise platforms and data
• Familiar with AI governance, risk and compliance processes
