As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for configuring ServiceNow Platform based on leading practices to provide a solution that achieves customer outcomes. You will work with customers to assess current processes and establish future-state processes, design and deliver ServiceNow Core Business Workflows solutions, and provide technical expertise in customer engagements.

Requirements

  • Proven technical and business process experience in leading the development and delivery of ServiceNow solutions in client environments, preferably with the Core Business Workflow products
  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
  • 8+ years experience as part of a professional services organization; or equivalent education/experience
  • Industry domain expertise in Government, Public Services, Financial Services, Healthcare
  • ServiceNow certifications and micro certifications for the Core Business Workflows suite of products
