NowNext is seeking a Technical Consultant to join their CRM Execution Team. The TC will design, configure, and deliver CRM solutions for lighthouse customers using ServiceNow Now Platform. They will act as a hands-on technical expert, translating requirements into scalable solutions and collaborating with various stakeholders. This role offers a chance to influence a new category of CRM and redefine the market.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of configuration/development experience with complex SaaS/CRM platforms
  • Expertise in at least one major CRM/workflow platform (Salesforce, Pega, ServiceNow, Pega, Microsoft Dynamics, or SAP CX)
  • Strong understanding of CRM business processes
  • Experience with integration technologies (REST/SOAP, JSON, SSO, LDAP, ETL, middleware)
